Dr. Faheem Younus, Head of Infectious Disease Clinic, University of Maryland in America. He Tweets facts stating that we’ll be living for months with Covid-19. Let’s not panic, or deny it. Let’s not unnecessarily complicate life. Let’s learn to be happy with the fact and live with it.

In summer the virus won’t reduce its effect. In Brazil and Argentina it’s summer but the virus is rapidly spreading. You can’t kill Covid-19 viruses that have entered the cells by consuming too much water.

The easiest way to defend against the virus is to wash hands and maintain a gap of 2 metres. If the person doesn’t have a Covid-19 patient at home there’s no need to disinfect the house’s surfaces.

Cargo packages, petrol pumps, shopping carts or ATMs are not responsible for infection. Wash your hands and live your everyday life. Covid-19 isn’t tainted with food. That is associated with drops of flu-like infection. There is no documented risk of transmitting Covid-19 by ordering the food or getting it from delivered goods.

We don’t desperately need to change clothes and shower once we get home. Purity is a virtue which is not paranoia. Covid-19 virus isn’t hanging in the air. It is an infection that needs close contact. The air in the parks is clean, you can walk around the gardens but keep a distance from people around you.

Entering the sauna does not destroy the cell-penetrated Covid-19 viruses. Some allergies and viral infections will make you lose your scent. This is a non-specific Covid-19 symptom.

Dr. Faheem Younus also stated to the point where You need not worry about ordering your food. However you can heat it up a little bit in the microwave if you like. The risk of taking Covid-19 home with your shoes and being sick is the same as having been struck twice a day by lightning. “I’ve been working for 20 years against viruses, drip infections don’t spread like this” he says.

And finally Drinking / eating vinegar, sumac, soda and ginger can’t shield you from the virus. It’s a bad idea to wear gloves, the virus can build up on the glove, it can be easily transmitted if you touch your face. Washing your hands is the best way to stay safe and protect yourself from getting infected by the virus.
